Primarily managed the Leadership Development Programme comprising 6 courses aimed at senior level school teachers seeking to advance their careers, incorporating DfE National Qualifications; reviewed and refined teaching materials, monitored attendance/results/feedback and supported tutors.
- Enhanced the 2-way flow of critical information through communication plans, schedules and templates, ensuring all staff complied with procedures and deadlines.
- Project managed a complete redesign of the Learning Platform, in response to reported user interface issues, formulating strategies and goals, deploying tasks to the team, monitoring progress to ensure the resource was fit for purpose and more widely used.
