Tutor | Cultural & Lifelong Learning | Community Leader
A dedicated tutor with degrees from UCL and York (UK), and over ten years' experience across education, including the University of Cambridge.
My work focuses on helping students develop not just academically, but also ensuring they are fully prepared for life beyond the classroom.
Alongside my tutoring, I lead projects and communities that explore how education connects to the wider world. Through thought leadership (which I call “digital exhibitions”) and future events at cultural institutions, I explore the importance of interdisciplinary learning.
PGCE and CELTA qualified tutor, specialising in English and History, with an Enhanced DBS check.
Particular student groups I am especially interested in working with include:
My volunteering work with Girl Guiding UK and Neurodiversity in Business reinforces my ability to engage with these groups.
As a member of the Tutoring Association and NASEN, I am proactively updating my knowledge on safeguarding and inclusion as part of my ongoing commitment to supporting students with a wide range of learning differences.
CV available on request.
Through my company, Better Transitions, I am also offering tailored support to young people to support them as they transition through different stages of education, and into work.

Through this programme, I help students to:
How do we prepare young people for a world shaped by AI, digital culture, and changing workplaces?
Through my newsletter, the Better Transitions Periodical, I share insights, research, and practical ideas on supporting young people in a rapidly changing world, including the impact of digital culture, AI, and developments such as the UK's Online Safety Act.

The network brings together perspectives from a range of disciplines, with a particular focus on neurodiversity and emerging technologies such as AI:
